Job DescriptionA nationwide healthcare provider is seeking 2 fully remote Healthcare EHR Project Manager to join the team of 1 program manager and 5 project managers. This person will manage EHR health information exchange related projects - Cerner, Allscripts, and Epic. Most projects are 12-18 months. Need someone who can come in withing 30 days and run projects without support and work independently.Serve as a project manager that reports to the Seamless Care Program ManagerProvide overall management of assigned projects from concept to completionNeed to be highly experienced in EHR delivery and managing multiple projects end to endNeeds to have experience working with/overseeing a product development team(s) within a healthcare/provider environment, preferably an enterprise healthcare systemEstablish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projectsWork collaboratively with all stakeholders, business, clinical, technical, and vendors, ensuring every detail is taken care of, driving toward on-time delivery.Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resourcesincluding third-party vendorsMonitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputsReport project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as neededescalating issues as necessary based on project work plansEnsures open lines of communication for all team membersEnsure the correct resources are identified and are actively involvedAt times will need to take the initiative and track down the correct resourcesResponsibilities:Collaborate across teams to develop planning material and estimatesOwn project methodology deliverables, including schedule, charter and forecastProject Operations up to and including Activation and transition to OperationsDrive effort and seek clarity on barriersProactively manage issues / risks and document as suchForecasting of resources and other project costs and support of financial cycleProject team meetings (minutes where needed, issues, risks, milestones, and timelines)Weekly status reporting (4-Square / Dashboards / PRM / etc)Standards application (PMO / Program) - Document compliance (Project Artifacts)We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
