This is a temporary, six-month position covering a maternity leave and will not be extended . The selected candidate must be comfortable working in a pet-friendly environment and must be onsite Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays .Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and process expense reports for the Chief Digital Officer .
Act as a liaison between the executive’s office, internal teams, company executives, and external contacts.
Handle confidential information and materials with discretion.
Greet visitors and manage access to executives as needed.
Monitor and maintain housing and transportation payments for the executive’s St. Louis residence.
Attend meetings, take detailed notes , and distribute minutes to relevant stakeholders.
Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and documents as required.
Support team events including luncheons, off-site meetings, workshops, and team-building activities.
Organize Leadership Team meetings and Operational Reviews .
Provide clerical support including mail distribution, document processing, and expense report handling.
Develop and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for department records.
Qualifications:
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
5+ years of professional experience as an executive assistant in a large organization.
1+ year of experience supporting one or more top-level executives.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint .
Preferred:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
