Description Seeking an experienced accounting manager to oversee Department Operations and Team Leadership in Finance. This position is a unique blend of strategy and execution with the opportunity for significant leadership growth.Key Responsibilities:
Department Operations (45%): Oversee cash and reconciliations, payroll accounting, and accounts payable and receivable. Responsible for recordkeeping system creation and implementation. Coordinate and collaborate with outside agencies, vendors, and other departments on budgeting and accounting policies.
Team Leadership (30%): Direct supervision of Finance Department employees in line with organizational policies. Interview, train, assign, and appraise employees. Handle complaints and resolve problems.
Problem Solving (20%): Identify and resolve accounting inconsistencies and errors. Make corrective suggestions and handle complaints.
Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in finance, accounting, or related field. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
