Branch/Retail Banking Clerk

Description We are in search of a detail-oriented Deposit Operations Specialist to join our team in SAINT LOUIS, Missouri. The role involves managing various banking operations, including ACH, Wire Transfer, Bookkeeping, Account Services, and IRA processing. This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Manage suspended files, handle ACH disputes, respond to inquiries, and perform urgent research as needed. Process transfer instructions accurately, verify transactions within approved time guidelines, and notify customers of specific transactions. Perform daily maintenance, manage database tasks, process maintenance requests, and address branch inquiries. Review daily reports, decide on payment actions, and manage nonpost and stop suspect reports. Handle IRA transaction activity, tax form corrections, RMD schedules, and address related inquiries. Utilize various software such as 3M, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Microsoft Excel for banking operation tasks. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and maintain commercial banking operations. Perform check processing and other cash activities as required. Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and perform accounting duties as required.
