Yoh is seeking a
Sr. Business Analyst for our Agriculture client in Saint Louis, MO. This is a long-term contract engagement. This is a great role for someone who is a creative mind and a good team player. Sorry no C2C.Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday Industry: Agriculture Location: Saint Louis, MO Type: ContractResponsibilities- Understand our Client's Operation end-to-end process workflows, the associated relevant software applications they are currently using, and drive and contribute to process reengineering initiatives that redefine business capability & IT needs.
- Design business and system workflows to enable future automation and scale of the client's operations and product development processes
- Manage and coordinate requirement elicitation for various projects.
- Ensure business capability and functionalities are developed & tested, according to requirements in our client's current systems or third-party applications
- Provide training to the users involved in supporting new business processes & systems implemented
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Data Science, Computer Science or Related Field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with software development
- Experience defining requirements and setting up workflows
- Prior experience working in breeding, biotech or pharmaceuticals is a strong plus
