Delivering compliance with industry and internal guidelines and requirements

Leading team of engineers and technicians to provide technical expertise for DCS, SIS, Advanced Process Controls, Alarm Management, Automation Security, Instrumentation, Power Distribution, and Automation Process Optimization in support of operations, maintenance and capital projects

Collaborating with colleagues and peers across other sites and business functions in support of standardization, efficiency, and compliance

Collaborating with stakeholders from operations, project engineering, safety, environmental, and other parties to ensure transparent and cooperative execution of business and site plans

Developing and coaching team members to success through development planning, mentorship and leading by example

Supporting team to drive innovation and optimization to improve plant performance

If you have

A Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline and at least 10 years of progressively responsible industrial experience in the chemical/petrochemical industry in at least one of the subject areas (Process Engineering, E/I, or Process Controls).

Competency to manage a team of engineers and technicians with competing priorities across multiple disciplines to support maintenance activities, capital projects, reliability improvements and operational support

Broad knowledge of DCS, preferably DeltaV, SIS, relief device calculations, process design

Familiarity analyzing and optimizing Operator/DCS Interfaces

Familiarity with Instrument Technical Standards and Procedures

Experience withSAP (Preferred)
