As an account representative, youll sell our suite of services from short-term projects to long-term maintenance to key players in commercial real estate.[Qualifications:
[Minimum 2 years experience selling services in a technical industry
[Current and valid drivers license, with an insurable driving record
[Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
[Proficient with technology/ Microsoft suite
[Process-oriented and able to adopt our sales methodology
Public Relation building and marketing skills to boost territory awareness
[Decision-making, problems-solving and creative thinking
Cold calls, follow up calls, and effective face-to-face selling
Long-term relationship building
Punctual and prompt response time
Appointment setting and maintenance of existing accounts
Ability to estimate projects and maintenance costs for billable hoursBenefits:

Compensation:
