Here, you'll be working with a successful, stable company that is a market leader in innovative financial services technology.You will have the opportunity to partner with the industry’s best talent to produce highly visible results that impact the business and our customers. You will receive on the job training through mentorship and hands-on learning experiences.This role will require the chosen candidate to work Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. The pay is $22.00/hourly (benefits are not included). This position will be worked out of our Springfield or Monett, MO office. Office locations can also include our Allen, TX office or Lenexa, KS office.What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Evaluating the current state and desired outcomes through analysis and stakeholder interviews and preparation of a project brief to explain the business case for the project

Facilitating team collaboration and input of subject matter experts to research and propose solution alternatives

Learning to use the Jack Henry project framework to facilitate planning of the project

Preparing formal communications and presentation to leadership on the change management plan

What You’ll Need to Have:

Enrolled at an accredited university or technical program with a graduation/completion date of December 2024, May 2025, or December 2025.

Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Project Management, Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration.

Be able to work up to 40 hours per week throughout the summer internship with minimum absences.

Meet legal requirements to work in the U.S. for an indefinite period of time without any sponsorship.

What Would Be Nice for You Have:

Ability to self-direct, lead projects, interact and build relationships across the organization at different levels of seniority.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Ability to listen, analyze, evaluate, and form independent judgments when planning work.

General understanding of business operations
