EquipmentShare is searching for a Parts Inventory Specialist for our Mexico, MO distribution center to support our team as the department continues to grow. Primary Responsibilities+ + Manage and supervise parts inventory, fulfillment, and receiving
Catalog and manage parts inventory for online resale
Coordinating parts inventory from manufacturers and communicating with customers regarding order resolution and satisfaction
Confirm inventory receiving invoice accuracy
Coordinating with vendors regarding delivery schedules
A high school diploma or equivalent is required

Skills & Qualifications+ + Previous experience in fulfillment and shipping roles is a plus
Previous experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry a plus
Previous or current experience working inventory management and shipping fulfillment systems
Emotionally intelligent
Advanced problem-solvers
Able to work autonomously, and be willing to seek assistance when needed
Team Player
Must possess exceptional customer service, organization and time management, and communication skills
You can lift a maximum amount of 50 lbs.
