SaaS Governance - Process Enablement and AI Intern

Siemens Digital Industries is seeking a motivated intern to support the development and enablement of the internal processes. Our team is responsible for SaaS Governance Execution, developing internal applications that transform existing businesses and foster innovative ideas from inception to market launch, scaling them into successful ventures. This role involves learning our current workflows and existing enablement materials and utilizing AI training tools to create consumable courseware for our internal training platforms. The goal is to enhance the scalability of Global Launch Lead activities, enabling Product managers to self-execute launch processes and helping Global Portfolio Developers understand and execute the financial planning aspects of our primary reporting tools. Key Responsibilities:

Learn and understand the SaaS Launch process and existing enablement materials.

Develop and utilize AI training tools to create engaging and consumable courseware.

Post developed courseware on internal training sites.

Support Product Managers in self-executing launch processes.

Assist Global Portfolio Development Leaders in understanding and executing financial planning aspects of our primary reporting tools.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Strong interest in digital industries and process optimization.

Familiarity with AI training tools and courseware development.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Customer-focused mindset with high standards for user and customer experience.
