Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are offering a contract role for an Accounts Payable Clerk in MARYLAND HEIGHTS, Missouri. The role involves clerical duties within the telecom industry. The successful candidate will be involved in reviewing invoices, submitting them after review, and some expense reporting. Responsibilities: Review invoices and Purchase Orders to ensure they align Submit invoices after a detailed review Conduct some expense reporting Involve in check matches on a weekly basis Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments Maintain accurate customer credit records Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Requirements Proficiency in account reconciliation is essential for this role Must have experience with Accounts Payable (AP) Ability to perform check runs in a timely and accurate manner Familiarity with coding invoices is required Strong data entry skills are necessary Experience with invoice processing is a must Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required Knowledge of Oracle is advantageous Familiarity with QuickBooks is necessary SAP knowledge is required for this role Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
