Food Services Worker
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Service Worker with experience in fast-paced food preparation and service environments. The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing and serving meals, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A strong understanding of food safety protocols and a team-oriented approach to kitchen operations is essential.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve hot and cold food items according to recipes and portion standards.
Operate kitchen equipment and utensils to mix, cut, grind, and prepare ingredients for cooking and serving.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
Set up and break down food stations, including steam tables, counters, and beverage areas.
Assist with inventory control by keeping records and requisitioning supplies as needed.
Interact with customers in dining and service areas, providing assistance and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Participate in food safety and allergy training, adhering to all HACCP and safety protocols.
Brew and restock beverages such as coffee and tea throughout service periods.
Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
