My name is Alan and I am recruiting for a great company with a fun opportunity. 2023 was a great year for our company and we’re looking for a few sales pros in your area to make 2024 even better.
Our customers see our TV and internet ads and call wanting to buy our product. You go see people who have called and want to purchase one of our above ground swimming pools. All of our customers are pre approved for financing and confirmed before we send you to their home.
We make sure all decision makers are home and let you call before driving to their home to make sure they are home. HOW GREAT IS THAT!
Our company works hard to get you 2-3 credit approved and confirmed appointments every day. Our average close rate is 40-50%. That's 4-6 sales a week with an average commission of $600-$800 a sale plus bonuses, that's $2500 to $3500 a week. It could be much more.
We pay a $25 bonus for each presentation you make to a customer that is ready to buy and preapproved.
We are looking for sales pros with commission only sales experience. This is 1099 position so no benefits
There is a mandatory 2.5 day training class. If you live over 50 miles away from training class we will pay for your hotel room.
Average sales close rate 40 - 50%
2-3 credit approved leads per day provided
10-12 appointments per week
Average commission per sale $600 to $800
All leads within approximately a 2 hour radius of your home
All you need is a driver license, SS card, proof of insurance, a reliable vehicle and a smart phone.
