OVERVIEW
-Preform daily vehicle inspections and report any faulty or concerning items -Operate 16’ - 26’ box trucks on a daily basis -Delivery and pick-up rental furniture -Load and unload deliveries / pick-ups -Pull and prepare orders for delivery -Ensure customer satisfaction upon delivery -Preform inspections forms / take photographs of deliveries and pick-ups -Notate any damages upon all furniture pick-ups -Preform miscellaneous warehouse work during the off-season or slow days -Maintain the cleanliness of the front and back of box trucks -Maintain the condition and cleanliness of their tool bag -Preform daily audits of their tool bag Drivers are responsible for the general safety of our box trucks, delivery and pick-up of rental furniture, and oversight of their delivery team during normal operations. They work to help meet customer expectations and maintain the quality of our furniture. Drivers contribute to the companies overall goals by ensuring customer satisfaction at time of delivery and preserving the overall safety of our trucking operations.
