The Grout Medic of Overland Park, a fast-growing grout and tile maintenance/restoration company, is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Tile Technicians. We have both part-time and full-time positions available.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience is a plus (tile installation, grout work, or related fields).
No experience? No problem! Candidates with a working knowledge of home services or a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
A patient, friendly, and detail-oriented personality.
Ability to follow procedures and respond to customer needs.
Requirements:
Must have a cell phone.
Clean appearance and professional demeanor.
Ability to travel to customers' homes.
Must speak English well.
Must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid work visa.
Clean driving record (MVR will be checked).
A criminal background check is required.
Preferred Skills (but not required):
Tile or grout experience.
Experience with silicone caulks and various types of grouts.
Knowledge of services like tile installation, re-grouting, re-caulking, grout cleaning, tile repair, or water damage repair.
What We Offer:
Flexible Hours: Full-time (M-F 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) or part-time options.
Hourly Pay: Based on experience and skills.
Company vehicle provided (after training and with a good driving record). During training, personal vehicle use is required.
Company shirts provided.

Tile Repair and Replacement
Water Damage Repair (tile work only)
