Outdoor Spaces 360 is a rapidly growing swimming pool service and maintenance company, serving the Kansas City Metropolitan Area, based in Leawood Kansas and Grandview Missouri. We are currently looking for trustworthy and reliable candidates for the position of Pool Maintenance Technician.
As a Pool Maintenance Technician, your duties will include
- Driving to the customer’s location
- Cleaning and chemically treating the pool
- Operating and maintaining the pool equipment
- Cleanup of the pool area
- Taking pictures and detailed notes and uploading them to our Client Service software
- Work in a team environment, coming together to accomplish goals
Other Duties
- Assist with equipment installations, service and repairs, and other pool related work.
- Maintain a neat and orderly work space, including your work van, the warehouse, and other work areas.
- Maintain a clean and safe driving record
- Other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
- No Experience is Necessarywe will train you to be a pool professional and expert
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must have the ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Must be able to safely work with pool chemicals
- Must have a valid drivers license and be insurable
- Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Our customers expect a high level of service, so we train all of our technicians to be Certified Pool Operators at minimum, with further certifications and designations as your career progresses. You can become certified as a Pool Inspector, Maintenance Specialist, Service Technician, Hot Tub Technician, and many others.

Starting hourly rates from $18 to $30, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a fun, teamwork-driven position, working outside taking care of our customers' pools. After training and CPO certification, a company vehicle will be provided, so a clean driving record is required.
