Commercial division completes flat roof repairs, re-roofs, and new construction. We are looking for experience with wall and curb flashing, hand weld a field-fabricated flashing, hand weld a pre-formed outside corner flashing, wall flashing with metal counter-flashing, and weld pre-formed pipe boot to the field membrane. Probe welded seam for quality and integrity of weld. Repair voids of a weld and install patch.
Qualifications of a skilled Sr. Commercial Roof Tech:
Ability to install details of TPO/EPDM Membranes & Mod-Bit Roofs
Ability to custom fabricate pipe flashings/scuppers/pitch pans
Ability to identify roof leaks and use appropriate material to make repairs
Preferred ability to install sheet metal flashings; coping/drip edge/collector heads
Communication with Project Managers to relay information
Physical Requirements
· Driving: Must be able to drive with a clean driving record
· Ladder: Must be able to climb a ladder
· Bending: Bend repeatedly through-out the day
· Hands/Knees: Work while on hands and knees
· Lifting: Lift 50lbs
Compensation & Benefits
Rate: $30 - $35/hour depending on experience/capabilities
