We are seeking a skilled Service Plumber/Drain Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and drain cleaning, knowledge of local plumbing codes, as well as exceptional customer service skills. This role will involve diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, performing routine maintenance, and clearing clogged drains.
Responsibilities involve:
Respond to service calls from residential and commercial clients in a timely manner.
Diagnose plumbing problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
Perform repairs and installations, including faucets, toilets, sinks, water heaters, and more.
Use drain cleaning equipment to clear clogged drains and sewer lines.
Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and provide recommendations to clients.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a service plumber/drain cleaner
Valid plumbing license and/or certification
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues
Experience using drain cleaning equipment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
