Buck Roofing & Construction LLC is looking for a dependable and team oriented residential Gutter Crew Foreman:
Job Description
Driving: Must have a clean driving record, be insurable, and able to operate company vehicles.
Work Scope:
o Coordinate & Oversee Job: Review job order, communicate questions/concerns, pick up materials, before pictures, plan installation for efficiency/safety, install gutters, after pictures. Pick up trash and materials to ensure a well-rounded customer experience.
o Homeowner Interaction: Greet customer, review color, gutter size and placement. Upon completion review completed job with customer for his/her questions about finished product.
o Complete & Closeout Jobs: Complete jobs as directed by Production Manager. Goal is to complete scheduled jobs as planned, this may require periodic overtime.
o General Troubleshooting: Diagnosis and communicate issue and possible resolution with Project Manager/Production Manager
Attributes / Qualifications:
o Construction Skills: Prior Gutter experience required. Ability to operate a 5” and 6” seamless gutter machine.
o Independent: Ability to work self-directed and direct 1-2 others on crew. Demonstrated prior independent work in a self-directed manner.
o Customer Service: Positively interfaces with customers (homeowners),
o Quality: Detail oriented and focused on quality.
o Safety: Responsible for safety on project, attentive to site considerations, follows policies.
o Teamwork / Communications: Ability to work well with others and proactively communicated job status, issues etc.
Physical Requirements
Ladder: Must be able to climb ladder.
Bending: Bend repeatedly through-out the day
Hands/Knees: Work while on hands and knees
Lifting: Lift 50lbs
Compensation & Benefits
Rate: $35 - $40/hour depending on experience/capabilities
Benefits: Medical & Dental Eligibility after 60 Days. Company pay 85% of employee premium.
Retirement: 401k with company match after 1 Year
Vacation/PTO: Based on Year of Service
