THE MISSION

You are the first in and the last out. You're not a babysitter. You're a leader. A problem-solver. A tactician in the trenches of residential remodeling. Champion Bath is looking for someone who doesn’t make excuses—someone who takes ownership of every bathroom project like it’s their own home.

You will lead with clarity. You will communicate with confidence. You will execute relentlessly.

WHAT YOU DO

You talk. Every day. With customers, with installers, with your team. You get ahead of problems before they grow teeth.

You inspect the battlefield (the jobsite), keep the troops (crews) aligned, and make sure the mission (the remodel) is completed on time, on budget, and above standard.

You help order gear (materials). You check inventory. You double-check it. Then you check it again.

You get jobs ready to launch. You make sure nothing is missing before boots hit the jobsite.

You keep people informed. If you say you’ll call at 3:00pm—you call at 2:59.

You document everything. Photos. Notes. Issues. No guessing. No surprises.

You don't mind 7:00am starts. You don't blink at staying until 6:00pm. You pick up that phone at 8:30pm because that's what it takes to win.

You might be running parts out to a job.

You might be expected to help finish out some missing caulking, or rehang shower doors, or install a shower valve, or manager the service team to execute service projects.

You are the one responsible for seeing the project come together, dance around any curveballs, and earn the 5 stars from the customer.

TECH + TOOLS

You’ll use tablets, job-tracking apps, CRMs, and email. If you don’t know it, you learn it.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

2+ years managing residential remodels (bathroom experience preferred)

Must be able to coordinate trades, manage timelines, and resolve field issues fast

Valid driver's license, clean record, reliable transportation

Strong phone presence. You're talking to customers and crews all day—don’t mumble, don’t disappear.

Ability to be physically present on jobsites and in-office when needed (early, late, weekends if it comes to it)

BONUS POINTS

Experience with cultured marble, acrylic walls, or custom shower systems

Familiar with one-call close remodel sales models

Can spot upsell opportunities (grab bars, doors, style upgrades) and act fast
