Qualifications
Experience with vinyl application, both flat-work and contour applications required.
Strong experience in sign installation required
Light electrical experience a plus
The ability to come up with solutions for challenges
Detail-orientation and multi-tasking skills are critical.
Solid communication skills will be expected as well as strong people skills, able to work both independently and in a fast-paced team environment
Must be able and willing to climb a ladder occasionally of up to 20 feet
Must be able to operate power tools
Must be able to read a tape measure with accuracy
Have a valid driver's license
Responsibilities
Be willing to be trained and cross trained for various responsibilities such as printing, production, manufacturing and installation of various types of signs.
Occasionally climbs ladders to install or repair signs
Operate power tools
Install various types of signs
Dig holes, paint, set concrete and all types of other various responsibilities as it pertain to sign production and installation
Work with the other team members well
Be willing to work in a family/team atmosphere and be responsible for the projects assigned.
Communicate clearly with your supervisor and the owner
Have a drive and desire to advance within the company as well as help the company grow
