Skills and Qualifications:
Prior experience in metal and glazing installations preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Arrive at the job site promptly at the required start time as indicated by the Supervisor.
Regularly review the work completed to ensure it meets Kovach's high-quality standards.
Strictly adhere to Kovach's safety protocols and job site-specific requirements. Immediately communicate any
safety concerns or limitations to the Supervisor.
In the event of an injury on-site, report it without delay to the Supervisor.
Proactively identify and report potential problems or challenges to the Supervisor.
Ensure the well-being of fellow employees on-site, promoting a team-centric environment.
Demonstrate initiative in the tasks performed and continually seek to grow in knowledge and understanding of the
Kovach scope of work.
