We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman with expertise in both plumbing and electrical work to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and installations, focusing on plumbing and electrical systems. This role requires a versatile professional who can handle a variety of tasks in both fields and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, installing faucets, water heaters, and drainage systems.
Conduct electrical troubleshooting, wiring, and repairs, including installing outlets, switches, light fixtures, and circuit breakers.
Install and repair appliances, fixtures, and other household systems related to plumbing and electrical needs.
Diagnose and resolve plumbing and electrical issues efficiently and safely.
Ensure all work complies with local safety regulations and building codes.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients' needs are met with professionalism.
Maintain tools, equipment, and the work area in good condition.
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in plumbing and electrical work (minimum of 3 years preferred).
Relevant certifications or licenses in plumbing and/or electrical fields (if applicable).
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical circuits, wiring, and tools.
Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy items, and working in various environments.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with home renovation and general maintenance tasks.
