As a House Painter, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to the transformation of luxury residences into stunning works of art. From meticulously preparing surfaces to applying flawless finishes, your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a vital role in exceeding client expectations. Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling cracks, and ensuring proper priming

- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers

- Work on interior and exterior projects, including walls, ceilings, trims, and other surfaces

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion within deadlines

- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Proven experience, or desire to become a professional house painter, preferably with a focus on high-end residential properties

- Solid understanding of painting techniques, materials, and equipment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver impeccable finishes

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Self-motivated and proactive attitude towards work

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact with clients

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with wood rot replacement and light carpentry.

- Proficiency in airless paint spraying.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30– 40 per week
