Looking for a skilled craftsman drywall finisher. Won't be doing drywall all the time, we do other remodeling tasks as well.
Paychecks every Friday.
Need a remodeler worker to primarily hang and finish sheetrock, interior painting, possibly ceramic tile work, some trim work, miscellaneous installation work and also perform other general remodeling duties as assigned. We do minor plumbing repairs sometimes as well.
Must be an experienced remodeler with a focus on drywall installation, drywall finishing and painting.
We have all the tools you will need.
You do not bring your own tools.
This job position is a long-term position and working hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday at a condo high rise in the Crown Center area in Kansas City @ 25th and Grand Blvd.
Applicant must be punctual, have reliable transportation and be present for work with little absences.
Looking for an energetic self-starter who conducts themselves in a professional manner and is able to follow directions. Will work 40 hours a week and paid every Friday.
Covered Parking and working in a secure building.
No day is the same - always doing many different tasks in regard to completing condo repairs and condo remodeling. Looking for an applicant that can open sheetrock walls or ceilings, make repairs inside the wall and patch back the sheetrock and finish with painting.
Applicant must be punctual, have reliable transportation and be present for work with little absences.
We supply all tools and equipment.
Must be an experienced sheetrock installer/finisher and remodeler with at least 3 years' experience in drywall. You must be a skilled drywall installer and finisher. This means the applicant has worked successfully finishing drywall for 3 years.
We are interested in taper / finishers that have verifiable ceramic tile, drywall finishing, or painting experience and have worked full time for a company in the past doing that specific skill or trade.
Pay based on the skill set of applicant. Time and 1/2 pay for overtime, double time pay for holiday's.
