Need a high powered professional WORKING hands on residential renovation job foreman. You will be WORKING, TEACHING and LEADING one of our crews. We run several jobs at once.
Must have the experience, knowledge and professionalism that goes along with 150,000.00 renovation jobs.
Professional appearance, good with customers as well as the crews.
Only the best with strong credentials and experience in all aspect of remodeling need apply.
We are class A contractors, that do everything from small remodeling jobs, total rehabs, flip houses, full basement build outs, decks all aspects of big 100,000.00 customer renovation projects.
Solid carpentry skills finish and rough in, drywall, sheetrock, paint, brush roll and spray, Installing cabinets, counter tops, doors, hardware, basic electric, plumbing, , tile etc.
Overall strong remodeling experience from Decks to Basement build outs, small & big projects.
MUST be honest, self-motivated and work at a fast pace.
MUST have problem solving experience, and be organized.
MUST have experience, no baggage and be ready to work.
ABILITY to work and lead by example.
MUST BE well organized, knowing time is money.
Must be sharp with good appearance.
