Primary Function
To perform diagnostics, test, troubleshoot and repair devices with the most effective repair method. Supports productivity by ensuring all requests are handled in a timely manner
Repair and replace parts on all mobile devices including cell phones, tablets.
Test, disassemble, replace defective components and reassemble complete device.
Able to pick up on new processes quickly and execute with little direction.
Able to work in a progressive repair process, having direct interaction with employees performing other portions of the process.
Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies and procedures.
Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store.
Must be punctual at all times
Technicians assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management.
Speak with customers and assist them with their phone problems by repair, education, or replacement.
Use repair equipment that requires safe handling procedures.
Offer and demonstrate various retail products to customers such as Phones, Accessories, Insurance, or any other products sold.
Paying $17 to $20 Hour. Pay depends on experience. We are looking for Full Time or Part Time employee.
