Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated person to fill our full time position of Assistant Parts Manager. In this position you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the parts department, including receiving, returns management, inventory control, as well as serve as porter and runner for the shop. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our auto collision repair shop has the necessary parts and supplies to meet customer needs and maintain efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the receiving process for parts and supplies
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to accurately track parts and prevent loss or damage
- Assist with parts inquiries, pick-ups, orders, and returns
- Collaborate with the auto collision repair team to identify necessary parts for repairs and ensure timely delivery
- Oversee warehouse, including organizing parts, maintaining cleanliness, trash removal and implementing safety protocols
-Deliver vehicles
