Synergy Sales Co is Hiring Retail Team Leaders for teams in Central Florida! Current openings for Retail locations in the I-4 Corridor, from West Orlando to Haines City. As our clients continue to grow their markets, we are expanding to accommodate the demand. Our diversified portfolio includes B2C and B2B campaigns across 8 states, working in Residential, Retail and Events settings.

What we do

This role will focus on presenting High-speed internet products & services to Residential Home owners/decision makers, establishing connections with Leads provided and maintaining new accounts. This is a great opportunity if you have a background selling internet, lifeline or cell phone services! Experience enrolling qualified customers in government benefits programs is also a plus, but not required. Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to work directly with customers, enjoys the outdoors and seeking an opportunity to capitalize on an uncapped commission/bonus structure!

Responsibilities

The duties of this role include but are not limited to:

· Selling Spectrum products and services by establishing contact with customers in Big Box retail stores

· Maintaining a professional knowledge of products, promotions and current offerings by attending weekly training and team meetings.

· Identifying opportunities to up-sell new and existing customers.

· Responsible for adhering to scheduled store visit times and locations.

· Handle customer escalations, billing inquiries & technical issues professionally/ promptly to retain the integrity of the company
