We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team.
The Sales Manager will support the business in achieving revenue targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective coordination and communication.
Duties:
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and following up on leads.
- Manage all Sales platforms and answer all new bids and RFP's.
- Work in Opera Cloud system in creating room blocks for sales, booking meeting rooms and ensuring payments are received in full.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
- Manage all sales and marketing platforms such as social media to promote our hotel's presence and spread the word in the market.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for business development.
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze market trends.
- Preferred experience in attending networking events and meeting with clients.
