Trailers Direct of KC is Seeking a Person With Sales Experience & Tough Skin
You will be expected to assist with loading & unloading of trailers off of the delivery trucks.
Using a forklift to lift them off and a tractor to move them around the lot. Forklift certified is a plus knowledge of driving a manual is necessary in operating the tractor.
You will assist in putting tires on each of the units as they come off as well.
You will need to have basic knowledge of trailers or a willingness to quickly learn about them.
You will be asked to retrieve trailers from the back lot for service or rental purposes.
Lot maintenance is also included in your job duties, as well as everyone else's. Such as mowing, spraying for weeds, picking up trash, rearranging the trailers, etc.
We will also be assisting in staining the trailer decks, washing trailers, staging them for marketing, preparing them for sale, etc.
This is a all hands on deck operation, as we are a small business.
We are a team and conduct ourselves as such.
Assisting customers in purchasing the perfect trailer to fit their needs will be key.
Help them trouble shoot any issues that they may have with their trailer.
You will also assist in scheduling rental trailers and service appointments.
Everyone answers the phone, everyone assist each other.
