We are looking for Experienced Roofing Sales Reps that are new to the industry; that want a flexible schedule and to earn a six figure income. Must be willing to knock on doors and have reliable transportation.
We provide the training no experience necessary. Lots of damaged roofs by the recent HAIL STORM on the 13th and insurance companies are paying, this is an EASY SALE. Get pay for every signed and approved deal $500 draw and 12% of the total contract after the roof project is completed, sign 3-4 deals per day and you can make up to 8k per week.
Responsibilities:
Help Homeowners and business owners restore their storm damaged roofs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform property Inspections and determine the proper way to help the homeowner.
Project Management of the Job:
Once the project is approved you will help the property owner through product and color selections.
You will check up on the labor crew during the build to ensure customer satisfaction.
Once the job is finished and the customer is satisfied, you will collect final payment.
Requirements:
Reliable Transportation, a truck is best but cars can work. You will need to carry a ladder with you.

Strong communication skills, driven and goal oriented.
Compensation: Commission + training draw.
1. We compensate using a structured commission. Depending on your experience you may enter in at a higher rate. 2. As you sell more, the higher you move in commission 3. Training Draw draw on future commissions available for first 90 days for qualified team members.
OUTLOOK Averages & advancement opportunity: If you succeed in sales, you may be promoted to team lead.
1st year - $80K-120K
2nd year- $100k-$200K
3rd year - $200K +
Team Leads - $200K-$500K+
