What You’ll Do:
-Connect with families and individuals to help them reach their financial goals and protect and build generational wealth.
-Educate clients on life insurance, investments, debt resolution, and other financial solutions.
-Build and lead a team (optional, but highly encouraged for faster growth).
-Work alongside an uplifting, purpose-driven team.
-Follow up with warm leads and build your own book of business.
What We’re Looking For:
-Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed.
-Strong communication skills.
-Entrepreneurial spirit – desire to be in control of your income and future.
-Must be at least 18 and able to pass a background check.
Compensation:
-100% commission + bonuses.
-No income cap – first-year potential $40k–$80k+ (part-time or full-time).
-Residual income opportunities as your client base, and team, grows.
