If you're using any line saying that you are offering a “FREE ROOF INSPECTION”, you're losing a lot more than you're winning.
But try this FIRST THING at the door and see what happens: “I’m NOT offering a free roof inspection. I already know what I would see and YOU DON’T NEED A NEW ROOF. Your roof is very repairable, we can put it to better than new condition, warranty it for life, and best of all, you can keep ALL of the Insurance money!” Then ask the question: “Would you like to know more?”
That’s it! Your job is done!
Pays $50.00 per turn over to Sales Agent and $50.00 more if it gets sold.
We usually work from about 4:00 to 7:30 PM. on weekdays and 10;00 til 3:00 on Saturdays. We take Thursdays and Sundays off.
FOR ROOFING SALESPEOPLE:
This job requires some experience. You must have a complete understanding of how roofing insurance works. You must be able to explain RCV, ACV, DEPRECIATION, be able to read a scope, and climb a ladder.
You will also need to learn how our repair process works, quote our pricing, and set all expectations for the customer. We will teach you these things. You will be going out with the canvassers on a daily basis. Usually from about 4:00 to 7:30 PM. on weekdays and 10;00 til 3:00 on Saturdays. We take Thursdays and Sundays off.
Pays $500.00 per job sold, whether it was a turn over from a canvasser or you went out and found it on your own, upon completion of the job. Our jobs take 3 to 4 hours to complete and our lead times are always about a week. Bottom line; you're getting paid quick!
Or, you might elect to take door number 2.
$900.00 for your first 5 jobs, then $2900.00 thereafter. This requires a commitment from you and an agreement, but NO cash investment out of pocket. You will need to call to further discuss this.
