Experienced Property Manager needed to take over all property management duties at my three office properties.
Property management experience is mandatory, but commercial property experience is not required.
You'll answer directly to me and be responsible for the following:
Leasing and retention
Maintenance (you must be able to do basic maintenance, but mostly will be managing independent contractors)
Collections
Payables
Etc.
This is a full-time job, but not necessarily during regular business hours. You will need to be available occasionally on weekends and evenings as necessary.
Must be organized, diligent, social media savvy, a good writer and communicator, able to generate marketing pieces, and committed to a high level of customer service.
Office out of your home or in a private office at our property in Gladstone or NKC.
This position is an independent contractor position and compensation is $45k+ depending on experience.
Strong preference will be given to someone who lives in or near the North Kansas City or Gladstone areas.
