Drive Neighborhoods Looking for Distressed Houses

We need a team member to drive through neighborhoods in the Kansas city metro area and add distressed houses to a list for us using a mobile application. We are looking for houses with overgrown yards, boarded up windows, trash in the yard, general disarray. We then add these properties to a list that our acquisitions team will contact the owner to purchase the property. We purchase 6-8 houses a month.
