We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Property Managers to oversee a 300+ unit community. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, ensuring the property is well-maintained, profitable, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. As a Property Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for property owners, tenants, and vendors, playing a critical role in delivering outstanding service and maintaining the reputation of our company. Low Income Housing Tax Credit (Section 42) experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management
Manage the daily operations of the property,ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and minimize turnover.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure high standards.
Financial Oversight
Oversee rent collection, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
Tenant Relations
Act as the primary contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure all lease agreements are properly executed and adhered to.
Manage tenant onboarding and move-out processes efficiently.
Vendor and Contractor Management
Oversee property repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects to completion.
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal property regulations and safety standards.
Implement and maintain risk management protocols to safeguard assets and people.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience
5+ years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of success in managing a diverse portfolio.
Strong knowledge of property management software and financial reporting tools.
