Job description
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for showing apartments, renting apartments, answering phones and email inquiries from prospective residents.
Responsibilities
Obtain all information from prospective residents.
Maintain a positive attitude with residents in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist new residents in the move-in process.
Prepare and maintain files for each resident.
Assist in marketing efforts to promote the community.
Answer phone calls from residents.
Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Possess marketing skills
Able to communicate with residents and co-workers both verbally and in writing
Efficient in Microsoft and Excel
Team player
Attention to detail
Able to multi-task
Strong attendance record
Background and drug screen are required as a condition of employment
Marketing, Lease Renewals, Community Center Events, Monthly reports, Affordable Housing Experience (LIHTC) at least 2 years, At least 3 years of leasing experience
Benefits are available after 90 days.
