Process servers wanted for the Kansas City Area including: Southern Johnson County KS, Independence/Lees Summit, Cass County (Belton, Raymore, Harrisonville) and Clay County (Liberty, Excelsior Springs)
A process server is an individual appointed by a court to serve legal process (a summons or subpoena or any other legal document). This position requires you to be registered with Jackson County Circuit Court (we will handle the registration). A majority of the work is completed during the evening hours and weekends and sometimes mornings and afternoons. You utilize your own vehicle. This is a 1099 position.
