Law Firm in Tulsa and OKC, OK has an opportunity to receive personal injury cases from several states including Missouri. They would be predominantly soft tissue cases that 99% would settle. We are interested in Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri, South Dakota, Nebraska, Arkansas and Illinois. We would do all of the work, from intake through disbursement from our IOLTA account. We are simply looking for a named bar license to include for us to conduct business in said states.
If you are interested in being of counsel on these cases, we are offering 10% of our attorneys fee for the use of your name and bar #. Should we have any cases that would require suit to be filed, that can be addressed on a cases by cases basis (as it will be rare). Personal Injury experience not required.
