Lead Driver responsibilities and profile:
Responsibilities
-Receive calls and manage online orders
-Manage routes for daily deliveries
-Deliver Dumpsters
-Pickup Dumpsters
-Return Dumpsters to yard as needed
-Maintain dumpsters in good working and good looking condition
-Maintain Vehicle(s) in good working and good looking condition
-Work with landfill partners to manage costs
-When gaps in the schedule calling on potential partners and marketing
Profile
-Hard working
-Honest and Trustworthy
-Able to problem solve and improvise
-Handy, able to fix small items and find partners who can fix the larger problems
-Positive attitude and ability to work with customers
-Comfortable with technology including using a smart phone and apps, excel, etc
-Clean driving record and background check too
