Applicants must have general knowledge in a variety of skilled trades including elements of construction/installation, uses, repair and maintenance, including:
HVAC or EPA Certification MANDATORY
Basic drywall
Punch skills
Basic Plumbing
Carpentry
Basic Electrical
Appliance Repair Knowledge
Apartment Service Request Experience preferred
Must have own tools and transportation.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include rotation of emergency call.
