Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper at Hotel No Vacancy, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay.
Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities in guest rooms.
Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and minibar items.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used and maintained.
Provide a friendly and helpful attitude toward guests and fellow staff members.
Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
