PRAIRIE PET CARE is a locally owned dog walking company. We are looking for excellent applicants to join our team!
Our service areas include Midtown KC, Brookside, Westwood, Mission Hills, Roeland Park, Mission, Fairway, Prairie Village, and parts of Leawood and Overland Park.
Normal operating hours are between 8:30am and 2:30pm, Monday thru Friday.
Evening and Weekend work is occasionally available but optional. It also comes with a higher rate of pay!
THIS POSTING is for a PART TIME DOG WALKER needed for a slate of clients near 83RD AND MISSION RD in KS
The ideal candidate needs:
Experience with dogs (formal or informal)
The ability to walk long distances daily and in all types of weather
A smartphone
Reliable transportation
Great people skills
If you have experience running, we offer that service to our customers as well! 2-3 miles per run is usually our goal (depending on dog type, energy level, age, etc.). This is NOT a requirement for this application.
NOTE—PLEASE READ: Only applicants who live in / near our service area (see above) will be considered, so if you do not live within those boundaries or are more than a 20 minute drive from the service area, you will NOT be considered for this position.
