Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial painting projects, including interior and exterior work. As a Commercial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paints, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, patching, and priming
Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to a variety of surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and structures
Use brushes, rollers, and sprayers to apply paints and coatings
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Complete projects on time and within budget
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Commercial Painter, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
