Job Description: Manager of safety, process and employees of Hendrick Lexus Service Wash.
Duties:
Does NOT wash service vehicles
Oversees safety;
Responsible for turning off automatic windshield wipers
Employees do not get out of vehicles in the Car Wash
Employees to not vacuum cars behind the Car Wash
Employees follow the SAFETY SIGNAGE (no ear buds, uniforms,)
May drive cars to and from service drive lane
Manages the schedule for all service wash employees
Hires, Trains and Terminates all service wash employees
Communicates both back logs and dead periods to the dealership employees
Must wear nametag and managers uniform
Must be become a Certified ODS Manager
Reports to both Area Director and KC National Trainer
Compensation: $17/Hour- Plus Bonus- potential and a raise based on performance after 90 days

Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED is preferred
Valid driver's license
Professional interpersonal and communication skills necessary for interacting with employees, vendors and customers
Management experience preferred
