What is the role?

Human Resource Internship (12 weeks - unpaid)

Who are we?

A trusted community of Private Clients and Professional Chefs focused

on fresh food, elite service & humanity through innovation and

technology. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human

Resource Intern to join our HR team and gain valuable hands-on

experience in various HR functions.

Responsibilities?

Sourcing and Recruitment:

- Assist in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various

channels.

- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.

- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for

the position.

Onboarding:

- Assist in the preparation and distribution of onboarding documents.

- Assist with the completion of new hire paperwork and documentation.

- Help create and maintain employee records in compliance with company

policies and legal requirements.

CRM Management:

- Update and maintain the HR CRM system with candidate and employee

information.

- Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness

of sourcing strategies.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HR CRM system.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources,

Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong interest in HR functions and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Experience with HR software or CRM systems is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
