Just one-on-one nursing, short, in-home visits early-mornings so you can make good money and then do something else with your day.
It's summer vacation time for some of my nurses and one will be out on maternity leave. But if you're good, we'll likely have a spot for you to stay on long-term. Plus there is often opportunity to pick up other mornings or fill-in on occasion.
Two types of morning visits:
$150 for about three (3) hours Mondays or Thursdays.
$75 for about 90 minutes or less the other days.
Two (2) of my nurses have worked here for eleven (11) or more years and still do! Two (2) others were also 10+ years before they moved on. If you seem like a good fit, they will be happy to answer any questions.
It's a great job for people who listen and learn the system; but not so much for those who don't.
That's the only hard part getting past expectations for how things need to be done (because the system works great but it is very counterintuitive). Once you get it, it's pretty easy, but you have to be reliable/dependable.
I broke my neck and was paralyzed 39 years ago this July. But I went to law school and have a busy, thriving law practice out of my home office in Overland Park. I just need help getting ready every morning. That's me in the photo (last summer at a KC Monarchs game).
Some very small nurses have worked for me and can handle me no problem. It just takes learning the system.
If you can learn the routine/system, you can make MORE than $50 per hour!
I pay by the visit to give incentive to get done quickly. $150 (for about 3 hours). Other days pay $75 (for about 1-1.5 hours). If you finish more quickly, it still pays the same.
All taxes are taken out and payday is every 2 weeks by direct deposit through ADP Payroll company.
