Rare opportunity - we are looking for one highly qualified individual to help lead the kitchen staff at one of the best restaurants in the KC metro area! We are a seafood focused concept but the menu is both creative and accessible! Must have high level of knowledge and experience of food preparation, including meat and fish butchery, stock making, line cooking. An ideal candidate has knowledge of other areas such as expo station, ordering and inventory, managing prep lists. Would also like input with development of new, seasonal menu items and specials. Must have a passion for cooking and restaurants! We have a great team of cooks and good systems already in place. Low turnover!
