About us
ACRE restaurant is a fine casual restaurant located in Parkville MO. We are focused on open fire cooking and modern midwestern cuisine. which means using things that are Soley sourced and found in our region of the Midwest. we are looking for a daytime position and a nighttime position cook to join our team. We are open Tuesday through Saturday for dinner only and lunches are open Wed thru Friday. We are off on Sundays and Mondays every week. We are also closed for all major holidays.
Line Cook/Prep Cook
Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation and ingredient portioning
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Help with catering events as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
